Location can’t get any better! Right in the middle of Gran Via. Very nice staff and super clean. I loved that the cleaning lady arranged flowers for us in a jar with water. Lots of nearby restaurants, too. We'll be back!

Great location made it easy to explore iconic spots like Teatro Lope de Vega and Mercado de San Antón. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The daily cleaning kept our room tidy with fresh towels. Perfect for a group vacation, we'll definitely recommend this hostal to our friends.

One downside was the noise level, especially with the room being near the reception, which could disrupt sleep at times.

Friendly staff and excellent daily maid service.

I had a disappointing experience with the air conditioning. It was frustrating during my stay that it was non-functional, as I expected a comfortable environment. I found the noise levels to be quite disruptive, especially during the night, which affected my sleep.

The air conditioning was non-existent due to an unmentioned seasonal closure!!! Thin walls made it nearly impossible to escape the noise from neighbors!!! An elevator only accommodating three people was quite ridiculous!!!

Recommend it for families with children

The location can’t be beaten, right in the heart! we even dropped off our bags early and explored everything close by. had a little bouquet when we returned, such nice detail! It reminded me that sometimes the little things make your day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still reasonable for what we got.

Perfect spot for exploring!

Spent 5 nights and had a pretty nice time. The staff were super friendly, and it was awesome to be right on Gran Via! Plenty of places to grab a bite. One funny thing, though—charging my phone was a struggle with only one high bathroom socket. Still, the WiFi was decent most of the time!
